Register your LLC. Keep it compliant.
$99 a year covers the registered agent every state requires you to have. Forming the company is free with it, your annual report is filed every year, and we watch the deadline so you don't. You pay your state's filing fee at cost — shown before you start.
Line by line, before you pay
Every state charges its own filing fee and runs its own annual report on its own schedule. Pick yours and you'll see the whole cost — ours and theirs — before you start anything.
Your Company LLC
What the $99 dollars covers
One service. Everything else comes with it.
stered agent, in your state
Required in every state. Our address goes on the public record instead of yours.
LLC formation
We prepare and file your Articles of Organization. Free with our agent service, year one.
Annual report filing
California wants a Statement of Information. Texas wants a Public Information Report. We know which one is yours, and we file it.
Compliance monitoring
We track the deadline and tell you before it lands, every year you keep the company.
Official in three steps
- 1
Tell us about the company
Name, address, who's involved. About ten minutes, and you can stop and come back.
- 2
We file with your state
We check your details, then file. Your stamped formation documents appear in your portal as soon as the Secretary of State has processed them.
- 3
We stay on as your agent
Mail comes to us. When the annual report is due, we file it.

The unglamorous part
Forming an LLC is paperwork, and we won't pretend otherwise. You answer some questions, we check them for the things states reject filings over, and we file. Your documents land in your portal once the state has processed them, and they stay there.
A few things we don't do:
- Pre-check add-ons at checkout. There are no add-ons.
- Run countdown timers or "limited time" pricing.
- Sell your information.
Asked often
The questions people actually ask before they start.
Do I have to have a registered agent?
Yes. Every state requires an LLC to name one — a real street address in your state of formation where the state and the courts can deliver documents during business hours. A PO box doesn't satisfy it.
How much does itost to start an LLC?
Two numbers. Ours is $99 a year. Your state's filing fee is the other, and it ranges from $35 in Montana to $520 in Massachusetts. Pick your state above and you'll see both before you start.
Can you really form an LLC for free?
Our part of it, yes. We don't charge for preparing or filing your Articles of Organization — that's free with our registered agent service, which is $99 a year. What's never free is your state's filing fee, because that money goes to the state rather than to us. It runs from $35 in Montana to $520 in Massachusetts, and you'll see your state's figure before you pay anything.
What does the $99 actually cover?
Registered agent service for a year. Your LLC formation is free with it, your annual report is filed every year, and we monitor the deadline. The only other thing you pay is your state's filing fee, at cost.
Is it really $99 again next year?
Yes — $99 in year one and $99 every year after. We email before the card is charged, and you can cancel.
Can I be my own registered agent?
In most states, if you have a street address there and you're available during business hours. The trade is that the address becomes public record, and a missed delivery can put the company out of good standing.
How long does it take?
We file as soon as your details check out. Your formation documents appear in your portal as soon as the Secretary of State has processed them, and we email you when they do.
How do I reach you?
Email us and we'll answer — usually the same business day.
$99 a year. Formation free with it.
About ten minutes to start. The price you e is the price you pay, this year and every year after.
